"About" Patricia J. Johnson:
Patricia Johnson is a broker and the sole proprietor of Really Care Realty. She began her career in real estate back in 2001 while working as an agent for Coldwell Banker. There, she had the opportunity to focus her sales in both residential and commercial properties with sales prices ranging from $250,000 to over $1 million. Her sales included single family homes, condominiums, and townhouses. In 2005, she passed the California Real Estate Broker's Examination which led to the innovation and development of Really Care Realty.
Patricia has also received an industry credential for short sales and foreclosures. She has completed the requirements, and is now a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist. She continues weekly industry-related coursework through a variety of sources including: Realtor.org, SCCAOR, and the California Association of Realtors.
As a member of the SCCAOR Board, MLSListings.com, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, Patricia is able to keep up-to-date with all things concerning the Bay Area real estate market. She is currently licensed in the City of Sunnyvale, California. Her Department of Real Estate registration number is DRE01314528.
Along with her real estate expertise, Patricia possesses a varied background in other work fields. She has developed television programming, worked at both Hewlett-Packard and Apple in seminar management, and has sold products to companies such as LSI Logic, Hewlett-Packard (nationally), the city of Santa Clara, and other Silicon Valley Fortune 500 companies.
Patricia can be considered an Industrial Engineer. Because of her sensitivity to the comfort and well-being of others, she developed her successful Really Care Management (an ergonomic consulting business), and went on to grow her own ergonomic consulting checklist by attending courses through UCLA and OSHA. She intertwined the standards established by major corporations into her workstation evaluations, and went on to sell multiple ergonomic products to Fortune 500 companies, including her own line of wrist rests and other products found within the 50-page catalog she developed. William Hewlett actually purchased two of Patricia’s wrist rests for his own home!
On top of ergonomic products, Patricia has also sold office and computer-related products, and has provided workstation evaluations to many businesses, both large and small. She presented well-crafted seminars on ergonomic solutions to The National Professional Secretaries group, and co-presented with other Health and Safety specialist Basic ErgonomicStandards to the employees of Hewlett-Packard and LSI Logic.
Patricia has authored many newsletters, and has been published in small newspapers around the area. She developed the Powerful Pens writing group in Cupertino, and owned her own small business, Pat Johnson Resumes. She employs a consulting approach with each client, and calls on her skills as an outstanding counselor whom can provide valuable advice to any client wishing to buy or sell a home.
