This is a service I provide all qualified Buyers which gives information of the latest listings on the market. Setting this up sets an automated email (per your profile) to capture the homes as you have defined as possible interest. Not only that, but it can keep track of property searches and favorite properties. Reports are free, and at any time you can cancel.
For proper search, among other profile needs, I will need to have a letter of approval from your lender or mortgage broker to give proper range of pricing. I will email you an alligence contract to begin my services as your exclusive agent. Finding your dream home takes time, and instead of YOU searching the MLS, I can use this tool and procure other details privy to only Realtors, and relay on every bit of information you need to decide if you want to see the property. When you are ready, I will set up a tour and provide maps to either meet me at the properties, or escort you in my car.
You always have an option is to do searches of the MLS yourself, but why waste your precious time? LET ME DO MY JOB FOR YOU! Any time you need to change your profile, I will take care of it. This saves you from laboring over each detail, learning a software, or looking at things that aren't even remotely of interest to you. If you insist you want to explore the MLS yourself, then let me know and I will give you the means to do that, too.
